How to return online orders?

• They are happy to accept returns for our online products within 30 days of purchase. Please email orders@wthn.com with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include the item you wish to return, your order number, and the reason you need to send it back and they  will send you a return label.

• To return an order placed online: pack the items you're returning, print your return label and attach it to the package. Cover any existing shipping labels, give the package to the carrier identified on the label,customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in the case of an erroneous shipment or malfunctioning product. 

• Opened bottles of herbs, consumables, used face tools and/or ear seeds, sound therapy and gift cards are non-refundable. Once your return is received your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.

What is the subscription policy?

• By placing an order for a WTHN subscription, you are abiding by the following Terms and Conditions:

• If you purchase a subscription at WTHN, you will receive regular shipments of those products based on a thirty (30) day schedule. 

• You may make changes to or cancel your subscription at any time, as set forth below. There is no additional fee associated with the subscription, and there is no minimum purchase obligation.

What if the products arrived late?

• They work hard to be on time for you and they ask that you please arrive on time. This helps protect the integrity of their Healer schedules also. 

• Any arrivals later than the 5 minute grace period are subject to being rescheduled. 

• They’ll do their best to help you keep your appointment, but no guarantees if you’re more than five minutes late. 

• A late cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if they are unable to reschedule within 7 days.

What is the return policy?

• Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days.

• Gift cards expire within 1 year of purchase. unfortunately they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
