Is this safe for children?

CBD products can effect different people in different ways.  Always consult your physician before using this product or giving it to a child.

Can I travel with CBD?

• The TSA recently released updated policies regarding traveling with CBD. "Products or medications that contain hemp-derived CBD or are approved by the FDA are legal as long as it is produced within the regulations defined by the law under the Agriculture Improvement Act 2018" All their Leef Organics products are hemp-derived and there should be no issues with customers traveling domestically with their products. In regard to traveling internationally, they suggest customers look into the customs laws and regulations for the country they are traveling to.

• The information in this email is applicable to Leef Organics products only and they cannot comment on CBD products from other company's without knowing how their products are derived or their compliance standards.

Can I make a return at LEEF Organics?

• To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were purchased. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned. They also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

What's the non-returned items?

• Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items. To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to their error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How long can I get my refunds?

• Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What should I do if the refunds is missing?

• If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

• If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact them at info@leeforganics.com.

Can I return the gifts?

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

• If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, they will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
