What can  I learn about the shipping policy?

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. They don’t guarantee that they will receive your returned item.

What will happen if I have not received a refund?

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. 

• There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact them at service@gyroorboard.com .

Can I learn more about warranty?

Yes, you can.

• This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. 

• These conditions may include, but are not limited to, road hazards, accidents, and improper operation or maintenance. If you receive a board that is defective, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to their Customer Support Team via email at service@gyroorboard.com. And arrange sending back to them. 

• They will replace the board with a new one within 5 days. If the product was damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package and return it to them. Then contact them immediately. Please feel free to contact them at: service@gyroorboard.com if you have any further questions about their warranty policy.

Can I cancel the self-balance?

Yes, you can cancel it, adjust it by gyroor app or hands: App adjustment: conversion of self-balance and unself-balance. Manual adjustment: Place the car horizontally - make sure the hoverboard is turned on, press the power switch for about 6 seconds, until you hear the dripping sound, restart the mode to complete the mode switch.

 How to connect app and bluetooth speaker?

For the app, after you download the app and open it, you can see a sign for Bluetooth on the upper left corner, click it you will enter a new page, then choose scan, when you see the “Gyroor ”, click it and it will show connect it successfully.
