Can I replace my cube's battery?

• No, you can't replace your cube's battery, but you can (and SHOULD) charge it.

• In general, rechargeable batteries should not get below a critical threshold which may damage its internal cells. Their cubes barely consume any power while not connected, thus it doesn't have to be charged very often when not being used.

• Thanks to the low power profile of their cubes, and low numbers of required charging cycles, the internal battery should last for years.

How long can I get my refunds?

Once they receive your item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received your returned item. They will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, they will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Will I receive a tracking number so I can track my order?

• Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

• If it has been more than a month since you were notified they've shipped it to you, and you still haven't received it, and you are not sure how to locate your tracking number, please contact them at support@getgocube.com

Will duty and customs taxes be included in the shipping price? 

Please note that you may be responsible for duties, fees, and taxes applicable to your region.

For US orders there are no customs duties. For all other destinations, worldwide VAT and Duty may apply depending on your country. Please check with your local customs office for customs charges.

How long can I get my products?

• Within the US – delivery time will be 2-3 business days. For International orders delivery time may vary depending on the service level, the day the order was placed as well the country, item availability, etc.

• Please allow 8 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia and the US Virgin Islands. Non-continental US territories and APO’s will be shipped via USPS and will not have a tracking numbers available.

• Once you place an order, you should receive an automated email with a tracking number, which will allow you to track your order at any given moment.

How do I lube my cube?

To lube your cube please follow the instructions below:

• Spread the cube by positioning one thumb on the corner piece and the other on the edge piece.

• Pour 2-3 drops of lube in the space created by spreading the cube.

• Rotate the three faces around the corner where the lube was poured to spread the lube around.

• Repeat this process in the corner diagonal to the first corner you lubed.
