What should I do if my order is missing?

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, they cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen or damaged by USPS they cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information they may be able to further assist in this matter. Otherwise, they only have the capacity to track your package.

How long can I get my order?

  • You may experience shipping delays due to high volume of orders and USPS. Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time, and other conditions, with no guarantees.

  • All orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Unfortunately, they cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed by 11AM EST will ship within approximately 3 Business days.

  • US Shipments can take up to 7 business days for delivery; shipments to Canada can take up to 10-15 business days.


Can I change the billing address?

Please verify that your billing information matches your credit card billing address. And the address must match EXACTLY, with no typos or misspellings. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement.


Can I track my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.


Can I make a return or exchange at KISS Colors?

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date. Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect; item MUST be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Fraud Prevention does not allow refunds to be issued until damaged, defective, or incorrect items have been received at KISS USA warehouse.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from kissusa.com, impressmanicure.com or joahbeauty.com for any reason, please return it to them in its original condition. Once the item is received at KISS USA warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. They regret that they are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.


How to easily return items?

Securely pack your merchandise and invoice in a box or envelope of your choice. You may use the original package, or pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
