When my order arrives?

• After the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation message will be sent to your email or SMS to notify you including tracking number, delivery time, and other information. 

• You can track your order in real-time based on the tracking number. Click on the website to enter the tracking number to check your logistics.

What is the shipping policy?

How to return or exchange an item? 

• Leave your Comments to service@yitamotor.com.

• Receive Return Authorization: They'll send you a Return Authorization along with a FedEx shipping label to get the product back to them.

• Ship It Back:Please pack the product in the original package in the same condition that you received it.

• Receive Refund or Replacement:Once the product is received, they'll issue your refund or ship the new item within 48 hours.

What if I received the incorrect or non-compatiable products?

• If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered or you got a non-compatible item with your device (the item description on their site is wrong), please follow the steps below:

• Please contact their customer service service@yitamotor.com and to provide them with the following proofs in 7 days: photos or a video of the incorrect item; photos or a video showing the problem occurred with this product;

• After their checking, they will provide a return shipping label. Once the product is received, they'll issue a full refund or exchange.

How much does the return shipping charge?

• They'll payfor the return shipping due to an error by the manufacturer or their site(defective or damage products, non-compatiable Products, missing accesories ect.)

• A 20% of return shipping and restocking charges will be deducted from your refund if the sale is due to your own reasons(Dissatisfied with the product, don't like it, or bought the wrong product).
