What is the shipping policy?

All items sold by UnbeatableSale.com have a set shipping charge based on items weight. Most items ordered from UnbeatableSale.com are shipped via UPS/FedEx. It usually needs 3-8 Business days for your order to ship. There will be a $15 Surcharge to reroute any package for any reason. Furniture and Special delivery items may take additional processing time. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for these items to ship. Many of their items have FREE SHIPPING, but this policy applies only to items marked as free shipping, and being shipped to the contiguous United States.

What is the return policy?

• Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact them for an RA.

• Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. They do not accept returns after 30 days. 

• If the package is refused or returned without their issuing of an RA or without the RA on it, a restocking fee will be applied. They will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. 

• Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above including the return fee, their shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. They do not accept returns on any food or perishable items. you need to call them within 7 days of receipt of the item to let them know about shipping damage, they will be able to refund you.

What is the cancellation policy?

They do not cancel orders pre-ship at this time. Their goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so they have set up their system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, they need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package for a refund. Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order.
