What are the exceptions for returns?

Items purchased with a debit card will be refunded in cash. A store return card will be issued for all purchases made with a gift card or gift receipt. Online purchases made with PayPal will be refunded in cash. All returns and exchanges must be new, unused and in original packaging, except for defective items and products.

What is their return policy?

They can accept returns or exchanges within 30 days. All returned items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed and unworn. Without exception. Contact the Tacticalxmen Service Team at service@Tacticalxmen.com to confirm details to ensure the item is eligible for return. After an agreement is reached, the service team will send detailed return information, please provide the return tracking number after returning the goods. What is their shipping policy?

They can ship worldwide. Their warehouse is located in China, and the goods will be shipped from mainland China. For orders that have not shipped, please contact their service support team at service@Tacticalxmen.com and they will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If the recipient address is wrong, the package should be returned to the sender after a failed delivery. Once the package is received, they will contact you to obtain an updated address and arrange for your package to be re-delivered.
