How long does it take to deliver my order?

  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F) from Covington, VA. Personalized items will ship in 3-6 business days. Please allow for 1-4 business days to ship during high-volume times (sales or holidays).

  • Orders placed after 11AM EST will be filled the next business day. This applies to all shipping methods, including 2Day and Standard Overnight.

  • All SCOUT rugs are made-to-order and ship from a separate warehouse in Georgia within 5 to 7 business days of your order date. 

  • You will receive your rugs in a separate box from the rest of your SCOUT purchase. Rugs cannot be shipped with FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Standard Overnight.


How to start a return?
  • Complete and submit the online Return Request Form.

  • Once your request is received and approved, their Customer Service team will email you a Return Authorization number (RA#) and a prepaid USPS return shipping label.

  • Print the prepaid shipping label (note: label must be printed within 24 hours of receiving it to be activated), enclose the RA# and original purchase receipt with the items you're returning in a box/envelope, attach the prepaid label to your package, and drop it in the mail to us.

  • Once they receive your return, it may take up to 10 days to process a refund. Your patience is greatly appreciated.


Can I exchange or return my order that I'm not satisfied?

  • Sure. Within 30 days of delivery, they’re happy to accept and process a full refund (exceptions: face masks, rugs, personalized/monogrammed items – see special notes below). 

  • All product must be returned in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached. (Returns that don’t meet these standards will not be eligible for refund.) They are happy to cover the return shipping costs. 


How to track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email.

  • The email will contain the U. S. Postal Service or FedEx tracking number.

  • You can track your package at http://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction _ input on the U.S. Postal Service Web site or at FedEx's Web site, www. fedex.com/us/track.

  • Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register on any one of the sites.
