How do I get a discount code?
Sometimes, they will send you promo codes! If you qualify for a promo code, they'll send you an email with the details. Get your referral link, then send the link to someone you know. Once this person signs up with your link and successfully sends money through Remitly, you will receive a reward for your next money transfer.
What is the remittance limit?
They limit the amount you can send within 24 hours, 30 days and 180 days. Remittance limits vary depending on where you are and where the recipient is. If you need to send more than your current limit, you can request a transfer limit increase. When you request a transfer limit increase, they may ask you to provide more information about how you use Remitly and details on how to transfer payments.
How do I cancel my transfer?
You can cancel a Remitly transfer as long as the recipient has not received the money. After canceling the transfer, you will be automatically refunded. You also have the option to change your transfer if you need to update the recipient's information or other transfer details.
