What is their product return policy?

Checks On Sale will, at its sole discretion, replace or return any product it deems defective. Checks On Sale does not accept returns of custom printed products. Checks On Sale is not responsible for any typographical errors in any custom printed product submitted through their web system. If Checks On Sale does elect to refund custom printed products, a 50% restocking fee will be charged to all orders. Checks On Sale does not refund any part of the outbound shipping fee. If the customer chooses to return the product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the product is rejected or USPS does not forward it to an address, the customer is responsible for all charges for returning the product to Checks On Sale and all outbound charges for shipping the product back to the customer. Checks On Sale will accept returns for non-custom printed products within 21 days of the original sale date. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective non-custom printed products returned to Checks On Sale.

Does the printed laser check match the actual color on the associated product?

When they finish the laser check print, the actual product color may be slightly different as the color accuracy is related to your monitor, not their website. Every effort has been made to accurately present images of checks and all other products. However, due to the wide variety of computer monitors and color monitors, you should consider the colors you see on screen to be representative.

For check printing services, they accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and personal online checks for orders placed through their website. When you place a check order online, Checks On Sale will debit your card for the purchase amount.
