What products can be returned for a refund?
Returns are initiated within 30 days of purchase.
The product is returned in its original packaging, including all components of the product.
The product (including all components) is in a new and unused state.
What is the return process?
Call 888-280-4066 or send an email to help@purrfectfence.com to inform them of your return, the reason for the return, and the items you intend to return.
Be prepared to provide your order number when contacting their team to initiate a return.
You will then be given an RMA number, which needs to be clearly written on all packages.
Once approved, they will send you an email with instructions on how to prepare the returned item.
Once Purrfect Fence has received and inspected the item, the customer will be notified of the return along with the amount of the refund. Once received, the refund will take 10-12 business days to process.
How long does the transport take?
Their standard shipping is 3-7 days after leaving the warehouse. All orders leave the warehouse within a day or two of placing the order and travel by ground shipping (FedEx, UPS or USPS at your discretion). They strongly recommend that you do not schedule an installation until you have received all packages and confirmed that you have received all items. Sometimes packages are delivered a day or two after other packages. You don't need to receive your package there, they will leave your package with you. If your order is heavy enough that the ground parcel carrier does not accept it, then they may ship your order via freight (on pallets). If this method is used, the freight carrier will arrange delivery with you by appointment before delivering your order. When the item arrives at your local freight terminal, a representative will contact you by phone to make an appointment.
