What should I do if I don't see the sock I want on the site?

If you are not finding the sock you want on their site, it might mean that the sock is currently out of stock or no longer available.


Does Ozone Socks socks have a warranty?

Socks don't last forever, but if they fall apart with a couple of washes, something is not right. Let them know the details, and they'll see what they can do. Emails and pictures should be sent to ozone.orders@ozonesocks.com.


How long can I get my products?

  • Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1:30 pm est will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are processed and shipped from New York City. 

  • Delivery times vary depending on method chosen at checkout and where you live. They cannot guarantee delivery times, but they will do their best to get your package out to you as quickly as they can.


What should I do if my product is missing?

  • For centuries, the mysterious phenomenon of “sock abduction” has plagued mankind. And while conspiracy theorists are still at a loss, Ozone Design, Inc. has come up with a solution that far surpasses mismatched socks - yes, they provide SINGLE SOCKS.

  • For half of what you would pay for a pair, they will sell you the Single Sock of your choice. Just e-mail ozone.orders@ozonesocks.com to make a match.


Can I make a return or exchange at Ozone Socks?

  • They will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. You can return the products within 30 days of the purchase.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


Can I get refunds if products arrived late?

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact them at accounting@ozonesocks.com.


What's the promo codes?

The best way to get promo codes is to sign up for their newsletter. If you found a code on a different website and it doesn't work, please send them an email. they can not control what gets published on different websites, but they can try to accommodate. It is company policy to only allow one discount. Unless otherwise noted, codes cannot be applied to Sock of the Month Club or Mystery Bundle.
