What should I do if my packages are missing?

• If you find that your package is missing or your clothing is the wrong size, please contact them within one week of delivery and send them a photo to support your claim. 

• They can arrange a new shipment for you free of charge. Especially for clothes with wrong sizes, once they confirm that there is a mistake on their side, they will make a new garment for free (by the way, 1-2 inch difference is acceptable, 1-2 inch difference is normal); If this is due to an incorrect size provided by the buyer, Ycosplay is not liable and the buyer will repurchase at a 10% discount. In this case, if the buyer needs a size modification, please send the garment back to them and they will charge a modification fee at cost price.

Can I cancel or change my orders?

• All Ycosplay costumes are made to your own measurements, please check your order carefully before submitting. They will send you a confirmation email after you place your order. If an order has been processed in error, please email them within 24 hours of submission, cancellation or change of order will only be valid within this time frame. Their tailors will begin to tailor your clothes within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a handling charge of 50% of the item price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 working days. 

• For wigs, accessories and other items that are ready for shipment, they usually send them within 1-3 days of your purchase, and they will do their best to find the packaging and make the necessary changes. If the order has already been shipped, or cannot be found in the container, Ycosplay.com will not be responsible for any additional charges added to correct the order.

What should I do if I make wrong address?

• Ycosplay.com sends all orders to the shipping information address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to submit the complete address information required. If necessary shipping information is omitted from the order during the checkout process, they will only be able to refund the package when it is sent to the wrong shipping address. (This is different from order shipping information.) If they send the package to the correct mailing address, they will not be able to proceed with the refund.

• Ycosplay.com is not responsible for any additional costs required to re-ship or retrieve the software package. The freight rate depends on the shipping method you choose.

How do I pay for my order?

They accept Paypal and other major credit cards (via checkout), please contact them if you would like to pay by other means. Signing up for a paypal account is simple and free, and only takes a few minutes to complete. Once you're done, you can send your payment within minutes. If you want to pay by credit card, please see the picture below to understand the corresponding procedure. Click "Continue Checkout" and you will be directed to the next page to fill in your information. 

Why do I have to pay extra duty on my items?

In some cases, some countries may impose tariffs on goods purchased from other countries. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the customs duties in his country.
