What is their return policy?

They have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return after you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
