Can I make a return at KEYPER ?

• They are confident you will love your KEYPER product, but if you are not satisfied, please email their support team at info@mykeyper.com with your order number and they can assist you.

• They will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item to the original form of payment within 45 days of purchase. From there, they can work with you on an exchange.

• NOTE: On personalized products, if they made a mistake in personalizing your product, of course they'll replace it. Otherwise, personalized items cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.

How do I track my order?

If tracking information is available on your order, it will be included in the confirmation email you receive when your package ships.

What does KEYPER's delivery options?

• Currently, they offer USPS 1st Class Shipping at a flat rate of $5 for orders under $75. For orders over $75, this option is FREE. 

• They also offer via the USPS: Priority Mail-a speedy, flat rate mail service; Priority Mail Express, and USPS Parcel Select Ground. 

• In most cases, the expected delivery date for these 3 items will be provided at checkout. Priority Mail will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee. • For mailable items up to 70 lbs. 

• Processing your order can be between 1-3 business days before they ship.

• KEYPER® offers merchants the opportunity to sell their products wholesale.

• Wholesale accounts require a $400 minimum order at the retail pricing level. (Your  wholesale discount will be applied to the entire order when you reach that threshold).

Can I use more than one coupon?

• No. This system won't allow it. You can use any available coupon that you want, however, it cannot be combined with another coupon offer.
