How does the JIGGY Puzzle Club work?
Each month, you will receive an exclusive 500-piece puzzle designed exclusively for the club. It comes with a reusable drawstring bag and a box with an artwork print. Glue is sold separately. Your first order will be processed on the day it is placed and subsequent orders will be processed on the 1st of each month. Pause, skip or cancel your order anytime before it ships. Club members also enjoy VIP privileges, such as first access to new designs, exclusive products and more.

What is their return policy?

What is the domestic shipping cost?
Standard domestic shipping is $6.95. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories is $9.95. Shipping charges may vary depending on the carrier's rates. All shipping charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped. Free shipping applies to orders containing puzzles only and is limited to the contiguous United States unless otherwise specified in the promotional email or on the website.
