How can I track my order?
When your order starts to be delivered, you will receive an email notification from them that contains a tracking number you can use to track your package. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in its original condition within  30 days after receiving your item. That means the items must be unused, unworn, with tags and the receipt or proof of purchase attached. Note that before your return, you should contact them at service@ginosawards.com. If your return is accepted they will supply guidelines on how and where to send your return, or you return will be rejected. Please note: Personalized and Engraved products or items cannot be returned unless the error was their fault or the product or item is otherwise defective. Once your return is inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It will take some time for your bank or credit card corporation to process and post the refund.
