What is their return policy?

You can return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in resaleable condition unless the product is defective or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded for all other products returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. The return address will be provided by mail after submitting the return request. In order to complete your return, they will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your purchases to the address specified on the website. Once your return has been received and checked, they will send you an email notifying you of the status of your refund. Refunds will arrive within 48 hours. Unfortunately, only full-priced items can be refunded. Clearance items are non-refundable.

All products ship free to the countries they can ship to. Most standard shipments are sent via USPS. The exact service depends on the size and weight of your order. Packages usually arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days, but sometimes it takes longer. Orders placed after 10AM PT may take +1 day to process. For example, an order placed after 10am on a Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.
