They Mobile Pixels Inc hope you enjoy your new purchase. If not, they will gladly accept your return for a refund or exchange, but only if ordered on their official website. If you placed your order on another platform, please contact their customer service for further assistance. Products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt, excluding final sale items. Returned items must be postmarked at the designated shipping facility within the 30 calendar day return period. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

How do I get a refund?
