How long does this process take?

The whole process takes about a month and a half for each jacket. Once they receive payment, it will take about 3-4 days to get your measurements and communicate with you about the method that works best for you. When they determine that you will be satisfied with the fit, they send instructions, designs and measurements to their store managers. From there, jacket production can take about 6-10 weeks. After production is complete, they will need 2-3 days to conduct a quality audit and pack to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. Keep in mind that this is an estimate and may need less or more, depending on the delay and the queue. Once they are satisfied that the product matches your specification, it will take about a week to ship it anywhere in the world.

How do they get a refund?
