Can I make a return at Fine Tuxedos？

• They are happy to accept the return and exchange of any unworn, unaltered item with a good label within 30 days. Tuxedo shirts and socks are the only items that cannot be returned or exchanged once removed from their original packaging. All other goods must be returned in cartons, including all packing materials. Shoes must be returned to credit in new condition and original shoebox. 

• All returns must be able to be resold as "brand new" again. Returns with strong household odors, including cigarette smoke, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Clothes that have been dry-cleaned or cleaned are not refundable. 

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Fine Tuxedos?

• Returns will not be accepted for any reason if the original tag has been removed. These clothes can no longer be sold as new. Keep in mind that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse the order, then it will fall under their standard return policy and round trip freight will be deducted from your refund.

• The customer is responsible for the return freight. Items purchased with a credit card will only be refunded to the original card. They will do everything possible to expedite the processing of your return. Please give them enough time to receive and inspect the goods. Please allow the credit to be charged for a period when the credit card is refunded. They thank you for your patience during this process.

• Please note that returns without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Orders without RA# will be shipped back to them for a 15% replenishment charge. 

How long can I get my orders at Fine Tuxedos?

• If your order must be shipped on the same day, please email info@finetuxedos.com and they will make every effort to serve you. Orders received between 12 p.m. Et Friday and Sunday typically won't ship until Monday. Next day air orders shipped on Friday will not be shipped on Monday, the next business day. Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not considered as working days for delivery. They reserve the right to select the carrier of their choice for all cargo (including next day air and Next Day air).

• Please note: Next day airfreight and next day airfreight are considered modes of transportation and do not necessarily guarantee a specific delivery date. Adverse weather conditions, carrier problems, and G-D behavior can delay delivery. Freight charges (including Courier charges) will not be due to adverse weather conditions, carrier problems (e.g., UPS/USPS), or G-D actions that may delay your delivery.

How are the freight rates calculated?

• They make every effort to keep freight rates as low as possible. Orders are usually shipped through UPS, fedex, or USPS. They reserve the right to choose the carrier for all goods (including express delivery).

• Please note that they only ship to Hawaii and Puerto Rico via UPS or USPS expedited service. Shipping charges to these areas will be a flat rate of $45.00 for all orders. They will send via US Priority mail to the APO/FPO address, which will generate a flat rate of $15 on all orders. The Alaskan shipping fee is a flat $45 for ground transportation. Flights to these places on the second, second or third day are not available.
