What if I don't know what perfume to buy?

They provide sample bags for all perfume collections. They also provide free samples of the same fragrance for each perfume order. This allows you to try the sample size of perfume before opening the full-size bottle. You can return the unopened perfume within 10 days after receiving it.

How to change or cancel an order?

Please send email hello@dedcool.com For any order change, they will try to ship as soon as possible, which may limit their ability to add items to your order or prevent the delivery of packages.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In the United States, the package usually takes 3-5 working days from the time you place an order. You can track it at any time by checking the delivery confirmation email they sent after the delivery of your order. Can I pay the expedited freight?

When checking out, you can choose to ship two days or the next day. Please note that they try to process orders quickly, but normal orders may still take 1 working day.

What should I do if my packages are lost or stolen at Ded Cool?
They offer transportation protection options at checkout to insure your package. If you choose to exit shipment protection, they will not be able to refund or replace any lost or stolen packages with confirmed shipping addresses. If you have added a protection plan and your items are lost or stolen, please make a claim at claims.route.com

Can I make a return at Ded Cool?

• Every DedCool Fragrance purchased from dedcool.com will include a sample of the same size of perfume to try at home. After receiving the order, please use the sample bottle before opening the full-size product. They can only accept the return or exchange of unopened perfume bottles within 15 days after receiving your order.

• For hygiene reasons, they cannot return or exchange: Travel Spray, balsam sticks, samples, sample bags, candles, dettergent or limited edition products. If the product shows no signs of use, they only accept returns. If the product shows signs of opening or use, they reserve the right to refuse to return or exchange.

What should I do if I receive damaged items at Ded Cool?

Damaged goods if the product is defective or damaged by the manufacturer during transportation. Please send email hello@dedcool.com Within 10 days after receiving the order. Please attach your order number and photos of the damaged items. They are happy to replace damaged or damaged items.
