Do they offer group bookings?
- They love a great group, but before they get into bed together, here are some things you need to know.
- Their check-in process is fast and furious / short and sweet and only takes a minute, but they can’t check-in large groups in one go. So if you’re arriving by the busload, they may not be the best fit for you.
- Being located in busy city centers, there isn’t much room for parking. In their lobbies you can relax and meet others. But if you’re looking for big, shared tables, you may want to reconsider.
How can I cancel the booking if I booked elsewhere?
- It's too bad you cannot make it, they were looking forward to seeing you! If you booked through a third party (for example, another website, your travel agent, etc), you will need to cancel the reservation directly with them.
- You will likely find their contact details in the reservation confirmation email. Depending on the rate type chosen at time of booking, you may or may not be charged.
How do I confirm my booking?
- Every time you make a citizenM booking, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If the email doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder.
- For all bookings made directly via the citizenM website or app, the email will come from citizenM.
- For all bookings made via other channels – for example, Booking.com, Expedia, travel agents – the email will come from them.
- It means that if you need to make any changes or cancel your stay, you will have to contact them as well, as they are the source of booking.
