Can I get a refund?

You need to do this before the travel date of the original ticket. Flexi tickets are refundable and offer free changes to your ticket before your scheduled departure date. All other fare types are non-refundable and no refunds are allowed. If you need to change your ticket before your scheduled departure date, the fee is $20.
