What are their shipping options and rates?

• Orders with Next Business Day, 2 Business Day and 3 Business Day Delivery that are confirmed by NOON PST from Mon-Fri will ship same day. UPS Ground (7 Business Days) and USPS (Standard Via 1st Class 10-14 Business Days) orders will ship within 24-48 hours. Orders with Next Business Day, 2 Business Day and 3 Business Day Delivery that are confirmed on Friday after 12 PM NOON PST, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. Overnight orders placed on Friday after NOON PST will arrive on Tuesday. 

• Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to NOON ET (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States) will arrive as specified above. This includes verification of all orders shipped to an address other than the billing address.We offer 2 Day Service to all NON PO Box Addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

• Express Next Day Air delivery is only offered to non PO Box addresses in the 48 Continental United States.

• Shipping charges will be refunded only if they have sent the wrong item or if the item is defective.
