What is their return policy?
They want you to enjoy your Spyder product. However, if the product you purchased directly from Spyder Active Sports is not what you expected, please return it to them. For all international returns, please contact customer customerservice@spyder.com. Note that they charge a $10 shipping and handling fee for processing returns. This amount will be deducted from the final amount owed upon receipt of the goods. Shipping is prepaid by them, no postage required. However, they will not be responsible for shipping costs for products returned to the carrier.
How do I return it?
In any case, they recommend that you use a shipper that provides a tracking number. Defective or unworn and unused items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Product must be returned in undamaged condition. All returns are checked upon receipt at their returns facility. They cannot offer exchanges for orders paid with a PayPal account. For an exchange, please return your item and place a new order for the product you want. Return policies and procedures apply only to consumers who purchased Spyder products from www.spyder.com.
How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
Final sale items purchased at deep discounts are non-returnable or exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect. After receiving the returned item at their warehouse, they will refund the billed amount to the original payment method used to pay for the order within 2/3 business days, depending on their warehouse's ability to handle the return. During peak sales season, this refund period may be extended by one day.
