Are your products machine washable?

• They sure are! You can wash the wraps on delicate with cold water and tumble dry on low. It is preferable that the wraps and carriers be washed without any other items, on their own

• For their buckle carriers, they suggest spot cleaning regularly and washing only when necessary to extend the life of your carrier.

• When you do machine wash them use cold water, set your machine on the delicate cycle and hang dry.

How to return a product?

• Once you have informed them of your wish to return products from your order, you must return them in a good condition and in their original packaging to them at hi@boba.com.

• Once your return is approved, please prepare your item for shipping. Put the item in its original packaging and wrap it securely. Clearly display the following return address to the outside of your package – Boba Inc, 4699 Nautilus Ct. South Unit 201, Boulder, CO 80301.

• All returned products must be posted to them within 60 days of receipt. They reserve the right to require proof of return shipping before they process any refunds.

• Please note they do not cover the cost of returns. Please keep your proof of postage as they may ask to see it before they process your refund.
  

What if I received damaged products?

• They make every effort to ensure the products that you order are shipped in good condition, however, some products can get damaged in transit so they please ask you to inspect your order upon receipt.

• If you are not satisfied with the condition of your order, please contact their Customer Care team with photos at hi@boba.com.

• If you have not contacted them within 7 days of receiving damaged items, they will deem your order as accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
