Why Is Shipping Taking So Long?
During sales and holidays -- due to holiday-related longer postal times and increased inclement winter weather -- your orders may take a bit longer to ship. Do not be alarmed if your package seems to be moving slower than usual, and please be prepared to give a bit of extra time for your items to arrive.
They definitely understand and apologize for any frustration associated with this -- they never want to make you wait any longer than necessary for something you and your pup are excited for. Please know that they’re working theri absolute hardest to get your items packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. They know that all those soon-to-be-had tail wags are going to make it well worth the wait!
Where Do they Ship BarkShop Orders?
They only ship in the United States, this also includes APO/FPO addresses. At this time, they currently are unable to ship any BarkShop products to Canada.
While they do not have an official update on when they will be able to start shipping to Canada again, this experience is not lost on them. They are working very diligently with their shipping partners to successfully ship those goodies to their Canadian pups again soon!
Is There a Shipping Fee For BarkShop Orders?
Yes, there is a $5 flat rate shipping fee.
However, BarkShop offers free shipping on orders over $35 USD!
Where Is The Rest Of My Order?
While it doesn’t happen often, it is possible that part of your order will need to be shipped separately in the occasion that an item is not available to ship or coming from a different warehouse.
Not to worry though, BarkShop will send you an email as soon as the rest of your order’s tracking info becomes available. Orders with split-shipping will typically arrive within a few days of each other.
