What is the shipping policy of United States?
Standard Shipping: Orders between $0.00-$29.00: $6.99 postage fee. Orders between $29.00-$69.00: $3.99 postage fee. Free standard shipping for orders over $69.
Express Shipping: Orders between $0.00-$129.00: $22.99 postage fee. Free express shipping for orders over $129.
What is the return policy?
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.
If their company is shipping the wrong item or size, they will allow a return to their warehouse for a refund or an exchange. Once they receive the item, they will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend a replacement.
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, they can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, they will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, they will deduct the original shipping fee.
Some products may have a little difference caused by light，shooting angle and different displays. Please be subject to final products. In case of return due to this situation, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
If I want to return my orders, what should I do?
They offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact them at service@pinkqueen.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. They will not accept cancellation for orders that are shipped within 24 hours.
For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, they will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee of total price other than freight.（The reason for charging this fee is that they have to pay the cost of goods preparation and packaging, please understand.)
