How to return an item?
- Please Email their Customer Service at customercare@orpheus-skin.com. Make sure to contact Customer Care before you send in an item for a return. They are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
- Their Customer Care will assist you further, providing detailed instructions, so that your return is processed timely and properly.
- Please safely pack, include the Return Form and ship it back to them. Please note that returns can only be processed if the Return Form is included in the return.
- Upon receipt, please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. You will be notified by email once they have refunded the amount. All returns are credited in the original form of payment.
