What should I do if my packages lost or damaged?

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, they cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS they cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information they may be able to further assist in this matter. Otherwise, they only have the capacity to track your package.


How can I track my oeders?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.


If I return it, what will my points be like?

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit issue will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the Points earned for the original transaction, including any bonus Points. If a return will cause your VIP account to have a negative Point balance, a store credit will be issued on the return regardless of your original form of payment.


What should I do if my points have disputes?

  • If you believe that a purchase made on your VIP Club account should have resulted in the addition of Points to your Points balance, and such Points are not reflected in the Points balance of your account within forty-five days of the date on which the purchase posted ("Points Dispute"), notify them immediately. they will use reasonable efforts to investigate your Points Dispute so long as You notify them of a dispute within ninety days of the posting date of the purchase.

  • If You do not notify them within the ninety day period, You will have waived your right to make a Points Dispute with respect to that purchase. In order for them to undertake an investigation of your Points Dispute, they may require You to provide written confirmation of the dispute. If they do not receive the requested written confirmation at the address and within the time requested by them.
