How can I track my shipment?

• You can track your order's shipment status through the tracking code. The tracking code is a unique code associated with your order that links to the courier service shipping your order. 

• Once the order has been shipped, the tracking code is listed in the Order Details page. Click on the tracking code to view the shipping information on the courier service's website.

• Tracking codes are provided for all express shipping orders. For other shipment methods, the availability of tracking codes depends on the selected courier service as well as value of the item(s) contained in the shipment.

What is a reshipment?

• Reshipment refers to replacement(s) for returned item(s) or item(s) lost during shipment. 

• Like regular order shipments, reshipments are sent to your shipping address. Depending on the shipping method, you may or may not be able to track its progress.

• Any reshipment(s) will be indicated on the relevant Order Details page(s), which can be accessed by logging in to My Account.

What if I received a defective item?

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email them within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

• YesAsia.com will accept returns for defective or damaged.

• Books, Comics, Computer Products, Electronics, Mobile Phone Products, Photo Albums, Posters, Music, Videos, Music Video & Karaoke, Anime, Collectibles, Toys and Gifts (except selected Toys and Gifts), Promotional/Discounted Items, Magazine.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping or postage charges?

• If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, they will bear the return postage and reimburse the relevant amount by issuing you a coupon or YesAsia Credit. However, they will ONLY be responsible for the return postage or shipping cost if you return the relevant item by standard Air Mail. 

• All other means of returns such as registered Air Mail and Courier services will not be entertained. 

• If the package is returned by any means other than regular Air Mail, they reserve the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a regular Air Mail return. 

• Please also note that they will only be responsible for the regular Air Mail shipping cost of the replacement item.
