What is their return policy?

• If you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, they are ready to help you exchange or return it for a refund. The product can be returned within 30 days after receipt. New products can be replaced with another product or refunded. To qualify, please ensure this.

• -The product adopts the original packaging.
• -The product is not used or damaged.
• Products that do not meet these standards will not be considered for return.
• If you need to return goods, please go through service@wayrates.com Submit product change request to customer service department. Most returns will be processed within 5 working days after they receive your package.
• If they don't inform you otherwise, they will refund to your payment account in advance and distribute the refund to your wallet within a few days. The wallet balance can be used for your next shopping or withdrawal to your payment account. After the refund is sent, you will receive a confirmation email.

Purchase does not meet the return conditions:

• The goods finally sold do not meet the return or exchange conditions.
• Swimsuits are not eligible for return.
• Swimwear can only be returned / replaced in case of defect / damage or error.
• When submitting a return / exchange request, you must send them a picture showing the problem / defect.
• After receiving their customer service confirmation, please send the product with the product list containing the product ID. The tracking number of the package to be returned; After receiving your returned package, they will process the product exchange or refund.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

• If you cancel the order within 24 hours after your purchase, they will provide a full refund.
• Once you decide to cancel the order, you should service@wayrates.com Submit an order cancellation request to their customer service.
• For orders cancelled 24 hours after purchase but not yet shipped, they will provide a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee.
• If the order has been shipped, they will not accept the order cancellation request.
