Can the order be cancelled?
You can cancel your order if you contact us within 24 hours of the order date/time. Please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If cancellation is mandatory, the request will be considered a return. They will charge a cancellation processing fee of 15% of your purchase amount, and the shipping cost incurred is non-refundable.
What is their return policy?
Any returns or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receipt of the order. All returned items must be in unopened/original condition with original packaging or they will be rejected upon receipt. Any additional charges for exchanges or returns (such as re-shipping charges, re-sending charges, duties and taxes) shall be borne by the customer. What is their shipping policy?
They offer standard and expedited shipping on all eligible orders. Lenses are stocked in their warehouses in the US and Hong Kong. If the item is in stock at the warehouse closest to the customer, they follow the proximity rule and ship. Shipments from US warehouses usually take 3-7 days to arrive at the door. Shipping from Hong Kong warehouse, expedited shipping usually takes 5-7 days, standard shipping takes 10-15 days. They offer free worldwide standard shipping on all orders totaling $16.00 or more, and they charge $4.99 for shipping on orders under $16.00. For orders totaling between $16.00 and $99.00, standard free shipping applies by default, and you can upgrade to expedited shipping for an additional $30.00. They will offer expedited shipping for free on orders over $99.00.
How soon will I receive my refund?
All refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Due to varying processing times between payment providers, refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your account. If the above standard period has passed and you have not received your refund, please contact your card issuer/bank for more information.
