What is their shipping and delivery policy?

• They are happy to offer a selection of shipping options, utilizing their partners FedEx and USPS. Shipping options and prices are calculated based on order weight and delivery destination.

• The total delivery time for your order is based on the processing time and shipment method selected.

• Express and Standard Overnight services are not available for P.O. Boxes, FPO and APO addresses or U.S. Territories.

• Please note, orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed during this time will not be processed until the next business day.

• Free Shipping offers are valid on Value and Ground Shipping unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

• All orders are processed quickly. Cancellations may not be available due to the short processing times; however, they will try to accommodate the request as best as possible.

What is their return policy?

• At TruSens they believe that customer service is paramount. They are confident that you will love your TruSens product. If you don’t love your new TruSens purifier, just return it within 30 days, risk free. They’ll make sure the process is easy.

• If you wish to return any product purchased from TruSens.com, please contact their toll-free Customer Support at 1-833-TRUSENS (1-833-878-7367) M-F 8AM to 5PM CST prior to returning your merchandise.

• You should call Customer Support to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method. 

• Please carefully package the eligible item(s) to be returned, preferably in the original packaging.  Please include original invoice or bill.
• Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing. Eligible products returned to TruSens will receive a full refund.

Do they ship internationally?
