How to cancel an order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order. You can choose to cancel as long as your package has not been picked and packed in their warehouse. To cancel your order, please log into your account and click "Cancel Order" or "Remove Product". If the "Cancel Order" option is no longer available, your order has already been processed in their warehouse and unfortunately it is too late to cancel.

What is their return policy?

Tradeinn gives you the right to return your purchased items at any time within 30 days from the date of receipt, without giving reasons. You can return any item within 30 days as long as the item is in good condition (unused, with label, original packaging). Any custom-made items (eg: football boots, gloves, sky with fixtures, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. From Spain you can use the Punto Pack for returns, the return label fee starts from 4.99 euros. The time it takes for your package to arrive at their warehouse depends on the return courier service you choose. Of course, they will notify you directly by mail once your return is refunded.

What is their shipping policy?

Once the item is ready to ship, they will send you an email notifying you that your package has been sent. The email contains a link to the carrier's website. Their shipping costs depend on the country the package is shipped from and the size and weight of the item. Every time you add a product to your cart, the shipping fee changes automatically. This way you can see the total price of the item in your cart and choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the carrier you choose. They do not currently offer free shipping. They cannot ship to APO military addresses or PO boxes and hotels, and to ensure your package is delivered safely, their shipping partners require an actual street address and phone number.
