Can I make a return at Spohn Performance?

• All returns must be sent freight pre-paid (COD's will be refused). They must receive your return within 30 days of issuing you a return authorization. Returns that are sent back after 30 days of receiving a return authorization will not be accepted or credited.

What should I do if my items are damaged in shipment?

All shipment damage claims must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment please contact them immediately so they can file a claim with the shipping company. When a damage claim is approved by the shipping company your product will be replaced and re-shipped to you at no charge for the replacement item or the return shipping.

Can I track my orders at Spohn Performance?

No matter which transportation company they ship with, they will send you a tracking number by email at the time of shipment so that you can track your package.

When does Spohn Performance ship my orders?

If they deliver the goods to the residential location by FedEx, the delivery date is from Tuesday to Saturday. If they deliver it to the commercial place by FedEx, the delivery date is from Monday to Friday. For USPS or Fedex smartpost®. The delivery date of the delivered goods is from Monday to Saturday.

Does Spohn Performance provides expedited shipping option?

• Expedited and time specific transportation: FedEx overnight, 2 days, savings (3 days) and ground (see the FedEx Ground time in transit map below) can be charged extra on request. You can use the online freight quotation calculator displayed on each product page and in their shopping cart to view the freight immediately. 

• For online shipping quotes of multiple items, just add all the items you want to buy to the shopping cart, and then enter your shipping postal code in the shipping quote field at the bottom of the shopping cart screen. They cannot guarantee delivery on the same day. 

Which payment method does Spohn Performance accept?

They accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. They also accept PayPal and Cash (for in person pick ups). They do not accept personal checks.

I'm ordering a Strange Engineering rear end from Spohn Performance. Where should I send my stock brake backing plates?

If you order a Strange Engineering rear end from them and choose the option to send in your stock brake backing plates for installation on the rear end they will contact you after processing the order to provide you with the RMA#.

How do I know if I need an adjustable panhard bar?

Normally, if you will be running the stock rear end and will not be lowering your ride height then you do not "need" an adjustable panhard bar. If you plan to lower your ride height and install an aftermarket rear end then they suggest getting an adjustable panhard bar to allow you to properly center your rear end laterally in the car.
