Sleepyhead warrants any damages due to defects in materials and craftsmanship when used for five years ("good till graduation") from the date of original purchase.
If you discover a defect in your Sleepyhead mattress topper, send tehm an email at support@sleepyheadusa.com to let them know what's going on. Please be sure to include pictures, date of purchase, and order number.

When will I get my refund?

They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What is the return policy?

If you'd like to make a return, you can return it by contacting customer support to coordinate your return authorization.
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 90 days from the date you received it for a full refund or exchange. Clearance item sales are final, and returns cannot be issued. Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
