How about toppers & latex layers return policy?

All Latex Toppers and Components are covered by their 30-Day Comfort Guarantee. They do not offer comfort exchanges on their latex toppers or components. Full refund after the return has been processed, customer is responsible for shipping costs. Only one item per customer can be returned in a 12-month period.

What is the shipping policy?

Sleep EZ now offers full white glove delivery and assembly for our mattresses and adjustable bases through XPO Logistics, the 3rd largest shipping company in the United States. All mattresses shipped via White Glove include delivery and assembly of the product, removal of your old mattress and foundation, and debris removal if you choose not to keep the boxes the mattress is delivered in. The price for white glove delivery and assembly is $199 and that is the cost for the mattress, or the adjustable base, or the mattress AND adjustable base if they're ordered at the same time. 

How about the natural & organic latex mattress' return policy?

• You can exchange any layer within 90 days for only $30 to ship you the new layer the first time. For mattresses with split layers, you can exchange one or both layers if shipped at the same time. Additional layer exchanges within the 90 days will be at the full cost of shipping. They do not accept layer exchanges after 90 days. All exchange layers must be free of: dirt, stains, tears, and odors to qualify for an exchange.

• If you still can't sleep comfortably or aren't completely satisfied, you can return your latex mattress and get your money back, less a $99 fee to cover shipping costs. Only one item per customer can be returned in a 12-month period.

How about the warranty policy?

• Natural & Organic Latex Mattress: Sleep EZ will unconditionally cover against manufacturing defects in the latex for the first ten (10) years, and the customer covers the shipping costs.

• After 10+ Years: After 10 years the warranty includes a pro-rated cost to repair or replace the latex components. A repair or replacement in the 11th Year will cost 50% of the original mattress price. Every year after that will cost an additional 5% of the cost.

• Cotton & Wool Covers: The cotton and wool cover is only covered for one year, and will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of their staff.

What is the cover made of?

• Their Select Sleep models are equipped with a cotton and wool zipper cover. This cover is 100% all cotton, padded with 1.5" of wool. 

• Their 8" latex mattress special model is equipped with a 4-way stretch cotton and rayon zipper cover.
