Does Skatebolt offer a warranty on my order?
Skatebolt offers a 6-month warranty on electric skateboards and a 3-month warranty on accessories from the date the package is delivered to the customer. During the warranty period, Skatebolt guarantees to help you with any problem at no additional cost, excluding damage caused by misuse of the product. If the warranty expires, a part or repair fee will be charged. For customers outside the United States, Skatebolt will not be responsible for shipping.
What does their warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items such as wheels, decks, sleeves and grip straps. Please note that any customization or modification to the board will void your warranty. Therefore, when you find any problem with the motherboard, please contact them immediately.
How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
They will notify you when they receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.
Do they offer free return?
They have a 7-day unconditional return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as the item you received, unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, they will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
