Do they ship to my country?
In general, yes! Due to issues in the past, they unfortunately can no longer ship to India, Mexico, Russia, Arab Emerates and China. You probably know your country's postal system best, so be sure to include any special instructions with your order and we'll do our best to comply.
Can they make a coin for me?
Yes! Prices start around $500 for engraving plus a per coin price which varies with size/weight/metal.
Can I get a refund?
They want you to love your coins. They will refund, provide store credit, or exchange your purchase within 30 days of receipt. We cannot refund international shipping or duty charges.
