How can I make a return?

To return an item please follow the directions below:

  • Go to their Quaker Marine Return Center to begin the return process. Please enter your e-mail address associated with your order and click "Start Your Return". Once you have accessed the Return Center, please select the item you wish to return along with the corresponding reason for the return. A refund estimate will then be provided to you.

  • Once you have verified the items for return, you will be able to print out your USPS return label. All return orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Before packing up your return, please ensure all original tags are attached. Please print your return label and affix to your parcel to be dropped off at your nearest USPS location. Please note the cost of the return label will be deducted from your original purchase amount.  

  • A refund will be issued once your return has been received and accepted back into their inventory. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees – if any – are non-refundable. They kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.

  • If you would like to ship your return back yourself and not through their generated return label system, please contact them.


Can I make an exchange?

Please follow the above directions from their return policy for an exchange.

  • Once your exchange order is received at their offices they will follow up with an e-mail confirmation. The confirmation will include an invoice for the exchange order shipment fee. All exchange orders will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-2 business days for your exchange order to process for shipment.

  • If there is a price difference in the item for exchange a partial refund to the original form of payment or request for payment will be issued to the customer.

  • When your exchange order is ready to ship they will e-mail the address provided on the original order with your tracking confirmation. Your order will be sent to the original shipping address on file unless otherwise requested on the customer's behalf. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking confirmation to update.


What's the shipping options?

  • Quaker Marine Supply offers free ground shipping on all U.S. orders via United States Postal Service. Should you need your order sooner, shipping rates for faster services are calculated at checkout. Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays.

  • International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes. Unfortunately, taxes associated with shipment from, for example, the US to the UK can be quite substantial, so they urge you to take this into consideration before placing an international order. 

  • All prices are listed in USD. they recommend international customers check the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what they will be charged.
