What is the cancellation policy?

• You will receive a full refund as long as you cancel the booking before pickup in most case.However, some supplier has other policies as well: Free cancellation up to a certain hours before pick-up time.

•  If you cancel less than certain hours in advance, you'll receive a refund less than fully prepaid amount or you will receive no refund. If you cancel AFTER your rental is due to start, you will receive no refund. If you do not pick up the car (usually called a 'no-show'), you will receive no refund. 

What is an insurance excess？

• The excess is the amount you're liable for if you make a claim like the car is damaged (when it's covered under Collision Damage Waiver) or stolen (when it's covered under Theft Protection).

• This means that the hire car company will not charge you the whole cost if the car gets damaged or stolen while you have it.So if your excess is £250 and you make a claim for £1,000, the car insurance provider will keep the first £250 and give you the remaining £750. 

• And if your excess is 0 and you make a claim for £1,000, the insurance provider will give you back £1,000.If you want to reduce the excess, you can pay to upgrade your coverage when you pick up your car at the rental counter. 

• You can find the details of the excess amounts for your booking in the terms and conditions and on your rental voucher.

What payment methods are accepted on QEEQ?

• You can book your car with them using most credit cards and a few debit cards. You will be informed about the payment methods that are accepted while you're booking.

• It is strongly suggested to fulfil the payment with a credit card in the name of the lead driver. 

• If your reservation is paid by someone other than the lead driver, you may need to supplement evidentiary material when the booking is reviewed for some security reasons. 

• However, you don't have to use the same card to book your rental car on our website and pay the deposit at the counter desk.

What if I want to take the hire car to another country?

• You can find out whether you can take a hire car into another country when you make the booking. 
• There is an option "Traveling across to other countries?" on the booking page. Please select it and put in the countries' name you want to go. Then they will confirm the travel restriction policy for you.

Can I reserve a specific make, model, or colour of the car?

• The cars displayed online are just examples of the vehicles the customer may get, and unfortunately, they cannot guarantee the exact make or model, or aspects such as the colour of the car. 

• They can, however, guarantee the category of the car, seating capacity, transmission and boot space.
