What is a Serigraph?

Serigraphy is also known as silk screening or screen printing. It uses a stencil-based printing process in which ink is forced through a fine screen onto the paper beneath. The process is carefully repeated with each color, making sure each design element is lined up properly, until the entire design is complete. 

What are Phenom Gallery options for shipping?

All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Smart Post or UPS. Services include 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Nexy Day Air Saver, Next Day Air, and Flat Rate Shipping. Please remember 3rd Day Select is three days after shipment, which may take up to 72 hours to process.

Does Phenom Gallery charge sales tax?

Pennsylvania and California residents, and all orders shipped to Pennsylvania and California addresses, will be charged 6% sales tax. Customers outside of Pennsylvania and California will not be charged sales tax.

I forgot my discount code, can I still use it?

If you use a discount code, and email them within 24 hours of placing the order, they can apply the discount to your order, minus 10% because of the extra processing costs involved. They advise you to make sure your discount code is applied before finalizing the order.

I received my order and the item is damaged – what should I do?

Please contact them via e-mail at online@phenomgallery.com within one week and they will send a replacement for the damaged item if there is one available because these are limited edition items, as well as instructions on how to return your order. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, phone number, and order number.

I need to return my order – what should I do?

• Changed your mind? Please contact them via e-mail at online@phenomgallery.com within 30 days and they will gladly accept your return. In your e-mail, please include your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for return. You will be issued a Return Authorization number as well as instructions on how to return your order.

• Please Note:If you are returning your order due to a Phenom Gallery error, they will send you a return label. They can then either issue a full refund or even exchange. If you are returning your order for other reasons, you will be responsible for return shipping. They will issue a refund for the item purchased upon receipt at their facility. All refunds are for product price only. No shipping refunds. All product prices are listed in USD.

Can I make a pre-orders?

• When you purchase a pre-order item using your credit card, you authorize them to store your credit card securely, offline, in hard copy beyond 30 days. Your card number will only be saved offline until your order ships. At that time, your card will be charged in full. If you use PayPal, Paypal will capture the funds right away regardless of when your order ships. 

• Your order may not ship the exact day the order is charged. Larger- or popular-release shipments take 2 to 3 days to process all orders from the day shipment is received from manufacturer.

• All Pre-orders are subject to availability. Product is shipped immediately upon receipt from the manufacturer.
