How do returns and refunds work?

Since all products are made to order, they will not be able to accept returns unless the product is defective or faulty. Check as soon as possible after receiving the product. Within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, if you believe any product they offer is defective, please contact them by emailing support@nicetown.com to issue a return request. Please provide the order number and picture of the wrong product and send it to the mailbox for review. If it is confirmed that it is a product quality problem, they will issue a refund within 5 working days. There is no handling fee for returns. A return address will be provided by mail upon submission. They will inspect the product.

How soon can I receive my goods?

They support free shipping. They do not charge sales tax. They custom made curtains within 3 days and delivered to you within 10-12 days. They ship and deliver to you within 10-12 days. For tracking numbers, it may take a few days for them to become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available, please try again later. Rest assured, estimated shipping times are valid regardless of tracking site updates.

Can I cancel my order?

All curtains are custom stitched and guaranteed to ship to you within 15 business days. It may take longer for fabrics in out-of-stock or very high-order months. Most products have a 24 hour review period to ensure your order is correct and to make last minute changes before they send it to their production facility. There may be a change fee from time to time, but they will make every effort to make any changes at no extra cost to you.
