Can I change my shipping Address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please email 'send them a message' with the order number and the correct address as long as the order is not shipped.
If the order has already shipped via Basic Shipping or internationally, they will not be able to reroute your package.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email.

Sample sale, off-price, or mark down items.
On Watches, this warranty does not cover the strap, clasp, or battery.
On leather goods, this warranty does not cover cuts, stains, leather discoloration, scrapes, and other cosmetic damage.
A copy of the purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
When will an item be back in stock?
You can sign up to receive an email notification when any out of stock item is available for purchase by clicking the 'Notify When Available' button on the product page and submitting your email address. You will receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock. Items marked as 'Sold Out' are discontinued will not be back in stock.
