What methods of payment do they accept?

They accpet several payment options including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and “net 30” billing with approved credit. 

How can I return my order?

• Approved returns processed within 30 days of initial receipt are not subject to a restocking fee (customer is responsible for return shipping). A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returns received 31-59 days after initial receipt. Returns for orders over 60 days will not be processed.

• All Returns must be New and Unused (returns must be still in original packaging, and in saleable condition.). You must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) from Massage Warehouse prior to sending your return.

• Regardless of reason, all returns must be processed through customer Service. Items returned without a RA printed on the outside of the shipping box will be returned to the customer.

What shipping methods do they offer?

• Economy -Parcels qualifying for their everyday flat rate shipping rate will receive their packages via UPS SurePost or FedEx Smart Post. This service typically delivers between 7-10 business days but could take longer depending on distance from the shipping location.

• Ground - Parcels reach most US destinations within 5 business days of shipment and include tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. They are not responsible for delays by the carrier.

• Residential Surcharge – Orders shipped to any location deemed residential by the carrier will be charged a fee of $4.99 residential surcharge, as a result of changes made by their shipping partners.
