How much do I need to purchase to be eligible for the free shipping?

Free Shipping is applied to all orders that have an order total equaling or exceeding $40.00 (exclusions apply when long handled mops/brooms and/or our Revolution/Evolution mops are included in any order). All orders, which qualify for free shipping, are sent by Lola’s choice of carrier and method. Please note: Using a discount coupon could make the order total fall below $40.00, which will negate the free shipping and add the standard shipping charge to the order. 

What is their return policy?

Returns are accepted only within 60 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by Lola Products and require a “Return Authorization Number”. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid in the original cartons clearly marked with the return authorization number provided, they must be unused, undamaged and in sellable condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no credit will be issued. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from original shipment, exclusions apply.

How long will the transportation take?

Many items, unless otherwise required, are shipped free of charge if the goods are worth $40.00 or more (the $40.00 threshold does not include sales tax and freight), and standard if $39.99 or less. Both services are selected by Lola, which may include USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. For free or standard, after the internal processing time as mentioned above, free or freight best way services rarely need more than 3-5 open working days from the date of shipment to reach their destinations in the mainland of the United States.
