Does Kush Queen allow returns/ refunds/ exchanges?

All Kush Queen items are FINAL SALE! Therefore, they can not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. If you believe that you have received a damaged product, the wrong product or have missing items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so they can investigate the matter. How long will it take to ship my order?

Processing an order typically takes 3 to 5 business days but can take up to 7 business days. 

Orders are packed and shipped our in order, not by the shipping time-frame selected. 

Please keep this in mind when placing your order, especially over weekends or during holiday seasons. 

Can I cancel my order?
